Matt Kopp – VP of Operations and Finance
Matt is the vice president of Operations and Finance for Jacobus. In this role, he manages the back office operational functions. This includes providing oversight and management for our legal, accounting, compliance and reporting functions – both internally and through outside relationships – as well as leading our personnel recruiting and company HR functions.
Matt has a diverse background including a degree in mechanical engineering from Gonzaga University and a master’s degree from The Master’s Seminary in Los Angeles. Matt also has worked in the healthcare, electronic design and drafting industries, and has served as a pastor in Christian ministry.
Matt’s knowledge and experience in engineering systems and design enable him to continuously provide critical oversight and process improvement for the back office as Jacobus rapidly grows. Additionally, Matt’s people and resource-management skills are vital to recruiting and supporting our skilled consulting personnel, while also managing our other internal HR functions.
