Adriana van der Graaf
With over 30 years of Health Information Management and Revenue Cycle experience, Adriana joins Jacobus Consulting as the Practice Director for Health Information Management. Adriana is an HIM educator and is a credentialed Registered Health Information Administrator, certified in Health Care Privacy and a Certified Coding Specialist. Adriana’s experience includes hospitals of all sizes, from 50 beds to 1000 beds; HMO's, Academic Medical Centers and Integrated Health Care Delivery Systems.
As the Practice Director for Health Information Management Services with Jacobus Consulting, she is responsible for ICD-10 assessment and remediation services, ICD and CPT coding audits, Clinical Documentation Improvement Programs, RAC management, and HIM Assessment and operational redesign.
