Debbie Binczewski
Debbie serves as the Sr. Director, Finance and Operations. Debbie has a unique blend of experience including 15 years in accounting and finance managerial positions with publicly traded companies as well as 10 years of experience in hospital revenue cycle management and redesign. Debbie also has been a healthcare consultant for several national companies in which she was responsible for assessment through to implementation and final project reviews. Debbie brings this leadership experience forward at this time to oversee the finance and operations function for Jacobus Consulting as it rapidly grows.
Debbie is an expert in the middle revenue cycle space of charge capture and CDM. She has worked with hospitals throughout the nation improving their net revenue through CDM and charge capture redesign. In addition, Debbie is an Adjunct Accounting Professor for National University where she has been teaching both undergraduate and graduate level accounting classes since 2001. Debbie has also received several awards for excellence in the healthcare industry and is an HFMA member.
