Every project, big and small, has an education and training strategy built in to the core of the project plan. We work with each client to leverage Jacobus' vast library of tools and education materials and create project and client specific resources. At the end of the day, Jacobus is not satisfied until key stakeholders, and often whole departments, are trained on key competencies and strategies for the continuation of the project.

Our education methods – whether classroom or online – are delivered by skilled trainers who actively engage learners and provide certification and testing services to measure retention. We pride ourselves on the quality and professionalism of our course materials.

Our large library of education materials includes MEDITECH content as well as clinical and Revenue Cycle applications. Our course material is designed by certified adult educators to maximize its effectiveness. Our library of training content includes training for system users and administrators on clinical and Revenue Cycle ideal workflow processes, customer service, and project management and process redesign skills.
