Jacobus provides subject matter experts in all MEDITECH modules and platforms, including all ancillary applications. This includes the PHA and all LAB modules, ITS and implementation of all of the “therapies” (RT, PT, OT, etc). Our pharmacy consultants are experts in successfully preparing the PHA module for meaningful use and building and supporting for advanced clinical applications such as BMV and EMAR.
Our ancillary consultants are also experts in best practice implementation of both Community Wide Scheduling (CWS) and Order Management (OM) for optimized use of scheduling and for OM clean-up and Order Source implementation in preparation for CPOE (POM) and utilizing order sets. In addition, we bring revenue cycle expertise to ensure that charging from documentation is accurate and that charges flow correctly back to billing applications (BAR).
Jacobus provides Client/Server 6.0 experienced subject matter experts in MEDITECH modules such as Scanning and Archiving (SCA) and Data Repository (DR) for 6.0 migration support. In addition, for facilities wishing to utilize MEDITECH’s Quality and Risk Management module (QRM) to leverage its integration features, we provide experienced QRM nursing consultants with Quality Informatics and meaningful use understanding.
