Pre-Implementation Strategic Planning

Pre-Implementation services include:

Conversions
Jacobus works closely with a provider’s business and IT leadership on strategic planning of the myriad of conversion options and issues. We provide the expertise to build interfaces and mine existing systems, map data according to conversion specifications, professionally test and troubleshoot conversion uploads, and deliver successful conversion results in a cost-effective and timely manner.
Conversion extracts include:

- Transcribed data backfill to the EMR.
