Skilled program and project management (PM) is a critical success factor that is built into every Jacobus project. We provide certified PMs who are also well versed in proven Jacobus methodologies. We pride ourselves on a strong track record of delivering on time, in scope and in budget.
Additionally, if a client has an existing project that is currently at risk, whether internal or from a third-party vendor, Jacobus can bring in the project management expertise to rescue it. In the process, we can assist clients going forward to utilize a standard set of project management methods and train staff on PM standards.
