Getting started on sturdy footing is essential for our new employees. During the first 90 days our CONNECT program outlines on-boarding events and classes designed to provide the tools and methodologies for success at Jacobus.
This begins with a 2-day orientation with fellow new employees in our home office that is specifically designed to engage our new employees with our values, mission, methods and tools. Following orientation our mentoring program begins – where you’ll be paired with a well established leader in the company to ensure your process of becoming established is rewarding, fun and successful. Our goal is to provide solid foundation of relationships, support from leadership along with ongoing hands-on instruction.
