MEDITECH Upgrade Support Services

Many upgrades can have a significant impact on day-to-day operations. For large, complex initiatives, assistance with Project Management and a complete test plan is recommended. Other times, some assistance with DTS testing may be all that is needed. Jacobus provides experienced MEDITECH experts for upgrade testing, management and support on all platforms – Expanse, 6.x, MAGIC and Client/Server. We also provide outsourced testing services, help identify and mitigate workflow processes at-risk from the upgrade, and develop training materials in support of the upgrade roll-out.
